  1. Hi Tressa, how many members do you need in a team ? In the rules section, it starts with a comment about each team needing 4 members but then has a comment about needing the corresponding number of members for the category entered (2, 3 or 4)

  2. HI Tressa, do the school teams have to fill in a waiver form??? we did last year. I have emailed Dan O’Neill with some pictures from last years 30km team

    1. Nina – sorry I did some testing and the waiver comes up when you complete the team member details (not when you create the team). We are just discussing if we need a hard copy waiver signed too so I’ll get back to you on that one – if we do, on the day of the event is fine to hand these in. regards

  3. HI Nina. Yes everyone needs to fill out a waiver form. The kids under 18 will need to get their waiver form signed by a parent or guardian. We have just been talking to Dan about this and we will make sure that you have these ASAP.

    We have entered the 30km event and have had some interruptions to our preparations and was wondering how we go about changing our registrations to do the 15km event please?

  5. There seems to be a problem when paying your team registration fees on-line.
    Is there a phone number we can ring to pay over the phone???

    1. Hi Brendon – you can come down and see us on Saturday at TACAPS between 2-5 and pay us cash if that suits you? Or if you ring me I can give you the bank account details to bank transfer. Unfortunately the only way we can accept credit card is through the registernow page. If you want to give me your team name I can have a look at it for you? Sometimes it won’t let you pay if you haven’t completed all the details.

  6. Hi my team has registered but we are still unsure of a few details, such as
    where do we get our bibs and what time is marshalling? Also exactly where is the start point jubilee park or near the school?

  7. Jennifer – I have put some details on the Facebook Page but I am also sending an email to everyone registered, by tomorrow lunch time. It will be detailed for safety and process. But to directly answer your Q, you can pick your race pack between 2-5pm on Saturday at TACAPS Hall cnr of Dudley and Campbell St. If you can’t get there then, you can pick up race packs on Sunday morning from 5:30am. The race starts at 7am from TACAPS however we will be having a ceremony at 6:45am so please make sure you are there with plenty of time to spare. And look out for my email tomorrow.

  8. Hi, Can you please confirm the course for the Jubilee section? In the About page it says that after checkpoint 1 : “You will turn around and head back on the same course for your return to the Bridge St cross over point”, however in the Event Details page, the maps shows that after the checkpoint, you do the Crebra trail, Harvey St section, the Jubilee Bridal trail. Thanks
