Whether you want to train to run or walk a 7km, 15km or 30km, we have a training program for you!

Milne Bay Military Challenge has partnered with Tressa Lindenberg a representative of Smithys Gym, Toowoomba and an Australian Ultra Marathon runner to help causal and experienced runners and walkers accomplish their goal for the trail challenge on Sunday, 28 April 2019.

Tressa offers the following training sessions for $60 per month and is free for the entrants of 2019 Milne Bay Military Challenge.

  • Speed Work session is held every Tuesday morning.  The session starts at 5:30am from Smithy’s Gym – 65 Anzac Avenue, Newtown.
  • Running session is held every Thursday morning.  The session starts at 5:30am from Smithy’s Gym – 65 Anzac Avenue, Newtown.

Please note the training sessions do not run on public holidays and during the Christmas and New Years holiday period ( from 22 December 2018 through to the 6 January 2019).

A copy of the confirmation of registration for the MBMC 2019 event must be presented to Tressa before joining a free training session.
